These Buyer Terms apply when you purchase digital products on Synthosy. They supplement our general Terms of Service and should be read alongside them. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
When you purchase a product, you enter into a direct contract with the seller. Synthosy acts as payment facilitator and marketplace operator but is not the seller. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
You will receive a purchase confirmation email with a download link. Downloads are available in your purchases dashboard for up to 10 downloads or 30 days from purchase, whichever comes first.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise by the seller, purchasing a digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free licence to use the product for personal and commercial purposes.
You may not: resell or redistribute the product; sublicence it to others; claim authorship or ownership; or remove any attributions included by the seller.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase of digital content. However, by completing a purchase you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your right to cancel once the download is available.
Refunds may be granted at our discretion in cases where: the product is materially different from its description; the file is corrupted or does not function as described; or the listing violates our policies. To request a refund, contact hello@synthosy.com or use the dispute function within 14 days of purchase.
You are responsible for ensuring that any AI-generated content you purchase and use complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. You must not use purchased content for any purpose that violates our Acceptable Use Policy.
If you have an issue with a purchase, first contact the seller via the messaging system. If unresolved within 5 days, you may raise a formal dispute through your purchases dashboard. We will review and respond within 2 business days.
Synthosy's dispute decisions are final at the platform level and do not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
