A production-ready fine-tuned version of Llama 3.1 8B, trained specifically on UK-style customer service interactions.

**Training data:**

- 50,000 real customer service conversations (anonymised)

- UK spelling and vocabulary throughout

- GDPR-compliant response patterns built in

- Trained to avoid making promises or commitments without caveats

**Benchmark results:**

- 94.2% appropriateness score on held-out test set

- 3x better than base Llama 3.1 on UK-specific queries

- Handles complaints, returns, technical issues, and billing queries
